1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RM Solutions website (rmsolutions.website) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services

RM Solutions provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website development and design
  • SEO and GEO optimization
  • AI chatbot development
  • AI image and video generation
  • Custom NFC cards and QR codes
  • Google Business Profile management
  • IT & software solutions consultancy
  • Digital transformation consultancy
  • MIS consultancy
  • Quality assurance testing
  • Technical writing
  • Website support and maintenance

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed for project completion
  • Respond to communications and requests for feedback in a timely manner
  • Provide necessary access credentials, content, and materials as required
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Ensure that all content and materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement
  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
  • Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees
  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Prices do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated

5. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables specifically created for their project, including custom designs, code, and content.

RM Solutions Rights

RM Solutions retains the right to:

  • Use pre-existing tools, frameworks, and code libraries in project development
  • Display completed work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
  • Retain ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, and processes

Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, etc.) used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses. RM Solutions will inform clients of any third-party license requirements.

6. Project Timeline and Revisions

  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client responsiveness
  • Delays caused by the client (late feedback, content, or approvals) may extend the project timeline
  • The number of revision rounds included will be specified in the project agreement
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
  • Major scope changes after project initiation may require a revised proposal and pricing

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice
  • If the client cancels, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • If RM Solutions is unable to complete a project, a pro-rated refund will be issued for undelivered work

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the website in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Submit false, misleading, or spam content through any forms or chatbot

9. AI Chatbot

Our website features an AI-powered chatbot for customer support. While we strive for accuracy, responses generated by the chatbot are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. For official quotes, agreements, or technical decisions, please contact us directly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • RM Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from third-party services, hosting providers, or factors beyond our control
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for excellence:

  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of delivered websites
  • We are not responsible for website issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or client modifications
  • We provide a reasonable warranty period for bug fixes on delivered projects (as specified in the agreement)

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, login credentials, and any other non-public information. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

13. Force Majeure

RM Solutions shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or pandemic-related disruptions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
